The building involved in the project is a two-storey villa with a big underground garage.
The client requested a private garden and the basement to be converted into a living space.
The existing garage had been reduced to make room for a new volume with green roof and a patio.
A big glazed wall and a series of skylights drive the natural light into the new living space.
