Attic renovation
The apartment was subdivided in four small and constrained spaces with insufficient natural lighting.
All the existing walls had been demolished in order to get a unique and fluid space.
A new box-shaped volume made with industrial wooden panels had been inserted to accommodate the new bathroom and a big wardrobe with the bed on top.
A long skylight running from above the entrance to the balcony literally let the sunlight flood into the house.
The project had been awarded with the PAI 2008 prize in the interior design category.
