The basement is a rectangular white painted concrete block and the pitched roof is designed to retain snow and improve thermal insulation in wintertime.
Each apartment has a generous terrace with a great view towards the mountains.
All the balconies are protected by a wooden screen which gives privacy to all the residential units.
